First, we will get to know you and your business. We want to know your issues and headaches so that we can implement a hands-off process to fix them.

Once we have set you up on Quickbooks Online, each month we will enter all of your business transactions and provide you with your Financial Statements via our Client Portal.

At the end of the year we will provide you with your full year Financial Statements that are ready to file by us or your accountant.
We will be on hand year-round to support you and your business. Come tax time, we will take care of everything to make your tax filing simple and stress-free.

Monthly Bookkeeping Services
Employee On-boarding & Payroll
We will add new employees to your payroll and ensure that all necessary government documents and remittances are filed.
GST/HST Reconciliation & Preparation
We will reconcile your GST/HST account on a regular basis so you can claim eligible Input Tax Credits (ITC’s).
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation
We will make sure that your books and the bank statement are a 100% match.
